We are the only studio in South West NSW that is owned and operated by a full time APPA qualified piercer with over 15 years experience.

We fully comply with the NSW Health Department Code of Best Practice.

All needles are single use and all jewellery used in the initial piercing process is compliant with the European Nickel Directive.

We have a completely separate sterilizing room which guarantees no cross contamination.

All of our sterilizing equipment is regularly serviced and calibrated by qualified technicians to ensure that their functioning is up to strict Australian Standards.
We can also provide documentation and records of all sterilizing cycles and autoclave calibrations.

Modern Primitive Piercing Studio was established in 1996 by internationally renowned piercer Paul Dallow. All piercings are performed by Paul. Our clients can feel safe with the knowledge they are working with one of the industries most experienced and reputable practitioners. BEFORE GETTING PIERCED
* Have a good nights rest prior to your appointment. * Avoid alcohol, aspirin and other blood thinners at least 24 hours prior. * Make sure you have ice in your freezer * Be in a positive frame of mind * Be clean (cleanliness is next to Godliness!!!) * Eat a decent meal at least 1 hour prior to your appointment (yes we insist you do!)
PLEASE BRING WITH YOU
- Proof of Age and other corresponding I.D. Parents or relatives of a child wishing to be pierced MUST bring identification and proof that the minors Primary Legal Guardian approves of the child getting a piercing. We need to insist on this so that we can ABIDE BY THE LAW and the HEALTH DEPARTMENT REGULATIONS

-Modern Primitive is a cash only studio -All appointments require a $20 non-refundable deposit -If you are under 18, you must be accompanied by your parent
